Thanks for shopping here with us at Lady De Couture. We know you are excited to receive your goodies. So here at Lady De Couture we work hard to get your order on its way. Once your order has been completed with payment, proper customer contact and shipping info, your order will begin to be processed. Orders are processed Monday- Friday and are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. As soon as your order is finish with the order processing your order will be shipped and delivery time will take in place. All domestic and international orders are shipped Priority and Stander International services using via USPS. Please keep in mind some items are special order and are custom made and/or special order and are located at a separate warehouse that can cause a delay in order processing and shipping times.
All Order Status
communication is done via email. It is important to provide us with your
accurate and correct email address. You will receive all communications,
notifications and confirmations via email.
* PLEASE NOTE: These are estimated delivery shipping times
are not guaranteed. Your package may arrive sooner or later than the delivery
estimates. Any of the shipping methods could take considerably longer due to
forces beyond our control. If you need your package to arrive quickly, please
make sure to contact us Via e-mail at email@example.com. Please
make sure to provide us with the proper shipping address and email contact,
tracking numbers are sent via email within in 24 hours of items departure.
Be sure to keep an eye on your packages progress. Once USPS delivers a package
to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal
hallway outside your door in an apartment it is considered delivered. We cannot
take responsibility for packages stolen after they are delivered.
We ship international order using USPS, some shipment may not include a tracking number, we cannot be held responsible for packages shipped without an online tracking number. Please Keep in Mind and take into account when placing your order internationally, we are not responsible if your country may change you custom duties, the amount in which we have no control or knowledge. We also are not responsible if your country’s custom department may decide to arbitrarily hold your package for any length of time. Any of the shipping methods could take considerably longer due to any forces beyond our control. Sorry for the inconvenience due to unreliable delivery service we do not ship to the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Indonesia, Malaysia and Russia.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Need to Return an item? Below you will find all the instructions you’ll need to know and complete for a return or exchange… Please take the time to look over our Return Policies and let us know if you have any questions.
All Final Sale items
are not returnable or exchangeable. Clearance, all On Sale Items, Any item/s purchases with a Sponsor Gift Certificate, Any item used with a discount code, Cosmetics,
Swimsuits, Lingerie, Hosiery & Socks, Gloves, Seasonal, Custom Items,
Jewelry, Hair Accessories, and Sunglasses are all FINAL SALE.
To request a return or exchange, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with "Return" in the subject box. Please contact us within 72 hours (3-days) of receiving your order. Once you have contacted us with your Returns claim we will process a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and contact you once we have approved your return. Once you have received a RAN you will be sent a Return Form and instructions. Once you have received the from, then you will have a total of 10 calendar days to mail the item back to us from the time your RAN is approve . (International Returns will be determined based on Country) Sorry for the inconvenience at this time due to lengthily delivery times international orders are final sale.
In order to qualify and be accepted for a return and or exchange, items being sent back to Lady De Couture, must be placed in a Plastic bag and Proper Box or Postal Grade Envelope. Merchandise must be returned in the exact way the item was originally sold, Brand New, Unused, Unworn, Clean Condition that you received it in. With proper paper work and packing slips, all original Tags, & packaging.
Approved Returns will
be issued an even exchange or an Lady De Couture store credit. We do not
offer refunds or credit card reversals. All Returns and exchanges must be
approved by Lady De Couture Management. Returns will not be approved past
the 10 calendar day window and if all the requirements are not met.
*Shipping cost are
non-refundable, and you are responsible for the shipping cost of the new
exchange. You are also responsible for all shipping cost and shipping the item
back to us safely and quickly. (We recommend using USPS Priority Mail) we are
not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
*If you return multiple items totaling more than $150, a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your store credit amount.
*If you return items from an order that received a “free gift” promotion, your order no longer qualifies for that promotion, please be sure to send back the promo item along with your return or the retail value of the promo item will be deducted from the store credit amount.
*Damaged Items are
Case by Case.
If you receive an items that is damaged or defective please notify us within 72 hours (3-days) of order delivery. We will contact you immediately and resolve the issue. No product is 100% perfect, therefor superficial issues that do not affect the function of the item, are not considered to be damage. We are not responsible for damages due to shipping.
Unclaimed/ Undelivered Packages
Orders that have been returned to us marked as undelivered and or unclaimed by the carrier will be handled in a timely manner by our customer service department.
*If Lady De Couture has made an error in the delivery address, we will re-send the package to the correct address at no cost to you.
*If packages is return to us because the shipping address and or any type of shipping Info was incorrectly entered during checkout, or the recipient failed to claim the package from the shipping carrier, then the customer who placed the order will need to cover all return to sender cost and the actual cost of re-shipping the package.
* If packages go unclaimed and or undelivered you are responsible for any other return shipping fees and or any customs/duties/fees associated with your order.
*If we cannot contact
the person who placed the order, or if the customer objects to having the
package reshipped in accordance with our Policies, then the package will be
treated as a Reused Shipment (for more info please see “Refused Shipments”
**Please Note: Orders will be re-shipped once ALL fees and/or deductions are paid and met. If any fees and/or Deductions are applied, we are required to deduct that amount from your store credit amount, should this amount exceed the entire amount you paid for your order, you are no longer entitled to your store credit or any type of refund. No exceptions to this rule!
Once an order ships it is a completed transaction and is subject to our standard return policy. If a package is returned to us due to refusal, or failure to claim it from the carrier, a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping and return-to-sender cost will be deducted from the total store credit or refund amount.
**The restocking fee covers the cost that we have incurred during the fulfillment of your order, including but not limited to: Merchant processing fees, wages, transportation fees, inventory shortage, and materials.
Lost/ Stolen Packages
Once an order/ package is shipped and leaves our facility and are in the hands of the United States Postal Service or any other carrier used, the item/ order is considered complete and we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen or anything should happen to an item/order and any packages. All shipments are tacked (except international orders). Please be sure to ship to a secure location.
Refunds & Charge-backs
Sorry for the inconvenience at this time we do not offer refunds or charge-backs (credit card reversals). Approved Returns will be issued an Lady De Couture store credit or even exchange. We have a zero tolerance regarding charge-backs. If you should file a charge-back, a $35 charge-back fee will be billed to the card that you used to place your order.
Please Note: when you make a purchase on www.ladydecouture.com you enter a binding contract based on our posted policies and you are legally obligated to pay for the products that you ordered. Filling a fraudulent charge-back (credit card reversal) is the same shoplifting and we will prosecute the offense to the fullest extent of the law.
If you are owed an Lady De Couture store credit for a return, a store credit coupon code will be issued for the web-store:
- may be used on any purchase in the online boutique.
- cannot be used towards shipping costs & taxes on new purchases.
- cannot be combined with other coupon codes in our online boutique. If you have a valid coupon code you would like used with the store credit, you must place a phone order. Only 1 coupon code may be combined with a store credit purchase.
- Expire within 60 days of being issued.
Please Note: Due to Some Technical Difficulties at this time store credit need to be place by email or by phone. Sorry or the inconvenience please bear with us as we work on this matter.
Cancellations and Changes
We’re sorry, but once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled and change. All orders begin processing as soon as they are submitted. Please look over your order carefully before you check out and summit your order.
A Minimum Purchase of $250 is required for all international orders. If your orders less than $250, Why not consider going in with friends for combined purchase (Please note lady De Couture is not responsible for the agreement/ arrangement between you and friends). Shipping promotions do not apply for all international orders. Please see both Returns & Shipping Policy for other terms and conditions that may apply for international orders.
