FAQ's

Unclaimed/Undelivered Packages:

If we at Lady De Couture have made an error in the delivery address, we will re-send the package to correct address at no additional cost to you.

If packages are returned to us because the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout or the recipient failed to claim the package from the shipping carrier, the customer is responsible for additional shipping cost.

If packages go unclaimed and or undelivered the customer is responsible for any additional return shipping, duties, and or fess associated with their order.

If we cannot contact the person who placed the order, or if the customer objects to having the package reshipped in accordance with our Policies, then the package will be treated as a Reused Shipment (for more info please see “Refused Shipments” below).


 **Please Note: Orders will be re-shipped once ALL fees and/or deductions are paid and met. If any fees and/or Deductions are applied, we are required to deduct that amount from your store credit amount, should this amount exceed the entire amount you paid for your order, you are no longer entitled to your store credit or any type of refund. There are no exceptions to this rule!

Refused Shipments 

Once an order ships it is a completed transaction and is subject to our standard return policy. If a package is returned to us due to refusal or failure to claim it from the carrier, a 30% restocking fee plus all shipping and return-to-sender cost will be deducted from the total store credit or refund amount.

**The restocking fee covers the cost that we have incurred during the fulfillment of your order, including but not limited to: Merchant processing fees, wages, transportation fees, inventory shortage, and materials. 

Lost/ Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and leaves our facility and in the hands of the United States Postal Service or any other carrier used, the order is considered complete and we are no longer responsible if it’s lost, stolen, or damage in transit. All shipments are tacked (except international orders). Please be sure to ship to a secure location.  

Refunds & Charge-backs

At this time, we do not offer refunds or charge-backs (credit card reversals). Approved Returns will be issued a Lady De Couture store credit or even exchange. We have a zero tolerance regarding charge-backs. If you should file a charge-back, a $45 charge-back fee will be billed to the card that you used to place your order.

Please Note: when you make a purchase on www.ladydecouture.com you enter a binding contract based on our posted policies and you are legally obligated to pay for the products that you ordered. Filling a fraudulent charge-back (credit card reversal) is the same shoplifting and we will prosecute the offense to the fullest extent of the law.

Store credit

If you are owed a Lady De Couture store credit for a return, a store credit coupon code will be issued for our website.

  • It may be used on any purchase in the online boutique.
  • It cannot be used towards shipping costs & taxes on new purchases.
  • It cannot be combined with other coupon codes in our online boutique. If you have a valid coupon code you would like used with the store credit, you must place a phone order. Only 1 coupon code may be combined with a store credit purchase.
  • Expire within 60 days of being issued.

Cancellations and Changes

At this time, we do not offer any cancellations on orders.

International Orders:

A Minimum Purchase of $250 is required for all international orders.
