Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend or holidays are subject to an additional 2 to 3-day delay.

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Special order items will require additional processing time. Please feel free to email ladydecouture@gmail.com for additional information.

All communication is done via email It is vital that you provide us with the correct contact information in order to assure that all communication is received in a timely manner.

* PLEASE NOTE:  These are estimated delivery shipping times are not guaranteed. Your package may arrive sooner or later than the delivery estimates. Any delays in shipping once the item is on the hands of postal service is beyond our control.  If you need your package to arrive quickly, please make sure to contact us via e-mail at info@ladydecouture.com. Please make sure to provide us with the proper shipping address and email contact, tracking numbers are sent via email within in 24 hours of items departure. Be sure to keep an eye on your packages progress. Once USPS delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment it is considered delivered. We cannot take responsibility for packages stolen after they are delivered.

International Shipping: All shipping is done via USPS. We do our best to provide every order with a tracking number, however, depending on the country of destination, tracking will not always be made available. You are responsible for all additional shipping costs such as duties or taxes.

We currently do not ship to the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Russia.
